Notice on Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Due to the on-going situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) we have used advice given by the NHS and the World Heath Organisation.
We would like you to know what we are doing in our business to help avoid the spread further.
Firstly, we are currently open and encouraging our guests and customers to keep their bookings and reservations, where possible.
Although we love all our guests and customers, please do not be offended if we dont hug, kiss or shake your hand at the moment!
We are more than happy to elbow bump, toe-tap or blow kisses!
We have handwash faciltes in all of our public areas, rooms, apartments and bars.
You will find handtowels, tissues and soap in our main areas; anti-bacterial sprays for our front of house, reception, kitchens and bars.
We have increased regular cleaning measures throughout taking extra attention to surfaces around public areas, bars and kitchens.
We are taking every precaution we can to make sure our customers, guests and staff are safe.

If you do need to cancel, please find our company polices below.
If you have Holiday Insurance cover, please call us and we will help you with it. If you dont currently have insurance or for future bookings, we strongly recommend taking out Holiday Insurance at the time you make your booking.
If you have booked:
Flexi Tariff – Should you need to cancel your booking,
your deposit, of 1 night, can be carried forward for up to 3 months.
Saver Tariff - Should you need to cancel your booking,
2 nights accommodation charges will be retained.
For any of our special deals, a deposit/the full balance can be carried forward for 3 months.
Self Catering Apartments
Sould you need to cancel your stay, we are able to change your booking free of charge for up to 3 months.
Restuarant or Event Bookings
If you feel that you need to cancel your upcoming function/meal/celebration please contact the Hotel so that we can advise accordingly
